Thank you for supporting Unprescribed. Every purchase helps fund mental health care access and community initiatives through Healix Healthcare & Mental Health. We are committed to ensuring you feel confident in your purchase while honouring our mission.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if your item is:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- The wrong item or size was sent due to our error
If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange if stock is available. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Because all profits from Unprescribed go directly towards funding mental health care, we encourage exchanges or store credit where possible. However, if you require a refund, we will process it to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to request a return or exchange
To start your return or exchange, please contact us at hello@unprescribedwear.com with:
- Your order number
- Details of the item and issue
- Photo evidence if the item is defective or damaged
We will provide instructions for your return and keep you updated throughout the process.
Non-returnable items
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as undergarments, intimate apparel, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
